The SAP HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) Solution Architect is responsible for bridging business needs with SAP technology solutions in the HCM domain (SAP SuccessFactor & SAP HCM solution).
Candidate need to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement, provide recommendation for business improvement (BPR) anchored on technology solution, lead HCM software evaluation exercise, design & architect the right technology solutions.
Candidate will be involved in pre-sales as well as in project delivery.
What will you do?
Project Delivery
Prepare, review and deliver the SAP HCM solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessaryPropose the SAP solution and selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet our customer's requirementsLead conduct of business workshops and assessmentArticulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions existHighlight the positive impact of NCS solutions to help them achieve customer’s business goalsProvide pre-sales delivery of consultancy services to our customers on a global basis Customer/Vendor Management
Effectively engaged stakeholders in sales, project decisions and executionBuild long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer’s expectationIdentify, build and manage partnerships with product vendors to strength NCS’s product capabilities and get up-to-speed with the up-and-coming technologies Business Development
Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunityBe involved in pre-sale activities, leading key opportunities where needed Team Management
Coach, train and mentor Solution Architects.Deliver enablement sessions to NCS presales to help articulate NCS’s service offerings and solutions and comparatively position with competitor’s solutionsDevelop and continuously improve on the materials available for enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevanceMaintain reusable components to facilitate the selling process and ensure consistency in the quality of services promised to our customersContribute to competency enablement throughout the community in NCS on a global basisDevelop and manage a group of individuals to be part of the focused competency community.
