Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and milestones.
Implement contingency strategies to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Lead procurement activities, define tender specifications with stakeholders, manage vendor evaluations, and secure approvals for project scope and funding.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions, Learning/Training Management, Rostering, in-house, and third-party systems.
Define communication protocols, documentation standards, and service-level agreements.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders and steering committees, and manage escalation paths effectively.
- Manage project scope rigorously, implement change control processes, and ensure all changes are documented, approved, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Maintain a centralized risk log with mitigation plans.
- Direct and motivate project teams, ensure clear communication, and promote collaboration using agreed tools and processes.
- Oversee data migration, testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful system adoption, with formal sign-offs from stakeholders.
- Execute formal project closure, including handover, post-implementation support, and lessons learned reviews.
