About the role

• As an LMS Consultant we will look up to you to make assessments and gather requirements to tailor the LMS solution to the client's specific needs.
  
  
• Configure the LMS platform according to client specifications, including user roles, permissions, content libraries, and reporting structures.
  
  
• Integrate the LMS with existing systems such as HRIS, SIS, CRM, or third-party applications to ensure seamless operation.
  
  
• Understand client feedback throughout the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
  
  
• Suggest enhancements or additional features that could benefit the client’s learning strategy.

About the role

• As an LMS Consultant we will look up to you to make assessments and gather requirements to tailor the LMS solution to the client's specific needs.
  
  
• Configure the LMS platform according to client specifications, including user roles, permissions, content libraries, and reporting structures.
  
  
• Integrate the LMS with existing systems such as HRIS, SIS, CRM, or third-party applications to ensure seamless operation.
  
  
• Understand client feedback throughout the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
  
  
• Suggest enhancements or additional features that could benefit the client’s learning strategy.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP
• Proven experience in LMS implementation or similar consultancy roles.
  
  

• Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies.
  
  
• Experience with project management software and methodologies.
  
  
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and other e-learning standards and tools.
