A Day in the Life
As the Visual Merchandising Manager for Aesop in the SAPMENA zone, you’ll lead the charge in crafting immersive and impactful visual merchandising strategies that drive both commercial success and brand excellence.
Based in Singapore, you’ll collaborate with the Aesop DMI and SAPMENA market teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns and activations.
Reporting into the zone leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Aesop across the region.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Lead the VM Strategy: Define and implement the visual merchandising strategy for the SAPMENA zone, ensuring alignment with Aesop’s global brand vision and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with the Aesop DMI to create the VM zone framework for Signature Stores, counters, marketing events, and activations.
Work closely with SAPMENA VM market teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Upskill and Innovate: Lead VM capability upskilling across SAPMENA markets, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Actively research and develop innovative visual merchandising concepts to keep Aesop at the forefront of design.
- Drive New Market Success: Oversee the VM strategy and planogram framework for all new market entries and distributor markets, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency.
- Analyze and Optimize: Monitor and analyze VM performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance results across the zone.
