Manage Front Desk duties with customer service mindset meeting
the realist challenges and demands of a Primary/Secondary School setting
Answer phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, takes messages,
responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a
dynamic environment where calls are volumous)
Maintain customer related information when required, eg phone log.
Communicate with teachers regarding parents' feedback/ messages
from phone calls or walk-in parents
Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents/students/
vendors/saff etc
Render first level assistance to walk-in students' needs including
sick and injured students.
To escalate case to other colleagues in
the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases
Handle/support situation when students' vomit, soiled their clothes
Assist student in times of need, eg lost & found
