Roles & Responsibilities - Location: West
- Duration: 1-year (subjected to convertible)
- Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HRBP and Shared Services to provide operational support on HR matters, including performance appraisals, promotions, recruitment, and contract renewals.
- Support HRBP in engaging with stakeholders and employees on HR functions in a consultative manner.
- Assist in administering performance appraisal processes, tracking timelines, gathering feedback, and guiding managers on performance management practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Participate in key HR projects, including policy and process reviews, in collaboration with HRBP and Centres of Excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
