Job Summary: The Staff Officer, Service Excellence plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a responsive feedback system, including evaluating and acting on public feedback, liaising with relevant departments or units on follow-up actions, and supporting service recovery.

- Salary: Up to $3,100 per month
- Duration: 11-months
Key Responsibilities
- Act on day-to-day public feedback received, ensuring monitoring and resolution within expected standards.
- Assist in the implementation of service excellence plans and policies, working closely with relevant departments or units.
- Monitor, collate, and generate timely and accurate feedback statistics for analysis and reporting as required.
Job Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Must posses at least Degree in any related discipline.
