[What the role is]
School of Applied Science - Research Assistant (Food Innovation)[What you will be working on]
• Conduct research work on the extraction and analysis of food ingredients
• Assist in research and development of new food and nutritional product.
• Collate, analyse and interpret research data.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and presentation.
• Work closely with project leader to fulfil the required deliverables of the project.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the project leader and co-project leader.

• Relevant qualification in biotechnology/food science/nutrition or any other related science disciplines
• Passionate in food-related research
• Good interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, good team player in a teamwork environment.
• Proficient in IT skills
• The successful candidate will be employed on a contract basis.
