Responsibilities
Collaborate across industry experts and academics on high‐frequency IC design for terminal and satellite systems.
Design and analyze systems focusing on design strength, optimization, and testability.
Engage hands‐on in both design and measurement, and present findings in depth.
Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with relevant academic and industry experience.
Practical experience in designing RF/mmWave components such as LNAs, mixers, PAs, buffers, transmission lines, baluns, PLLs, and VCOs.
Knowledge of base‐band/mixed‐signal components such as amplifiers, bandgap references, ADCs, and DACs is preferred.
Understanding of circuit‐level design trade‐offs.
Proficiency in using Cadence and EM tools like ADS for circuit simulation, layout, LVS, and DRC verification.
Knowledge of IC measurement and debugging, and experience with RF/mmWave equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and probe stations.
Skills in CMOS and SiGe technologies, with experience in RF‐SOI or compound semiconductors being a plus.
Strong publication record and an interest in the latest developments in the field.
