Scientist, Translational Neuroscience, IHDP
The Translational Neuroscience programme of the Institute for Human Development and Potential (IHDP), under the Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), invites applications for a Scientist position in the area of environment, sleep and social emotional learning.

Responsibilities
Conduct original analyses using multidimensional datasets in collaboration with A*STAR researchers and external collaborators from other institutions of higher learning.
Attend regular meetings/discussions with a group of post-doctorate researchers and PIs to foster collaborations and produce impactful research.
Assist in the preparation of grant applications and grant progress reports.
Partner with data scientists from other A*STAR institutes to interpret and write up findings on network analyses and structural equation models.
Perform comprehensive literature review.
Scientific writing of abstracts and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
Provide supervision and training to junior staff in research methods.
Qualifications
PhD in Psychology, Biomedical Sciences or other relevant fields.
Knowledge of statistical software: R, SPSS, Mplus, etc.
Strong team focus, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and conscientiousness.
Experience in advanced computational/modelling methods (e.g., network analyses, SEM) will be advantageous.
