We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
Product Delivery & Operations Coordinator
to support the delivery and operational success of our mobile app.
This hybrid role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with product support and operational coordination.
You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth sprint operations, handling second‐line user support, and managing essential administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, prepare, and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‐ups, retrospectives, and test plan discussions.
Maintain and update the product backlog and sprint boards in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Assign stories to sprints and track sprint progress.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Consolidate and report sprint performance metrics, including velocity and team performance.
Product Support Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for user‐reported issues (e.g., login problems, incorrect data).
Triage, document, and elevate issues to QA or development teams as needed.
Respond to user queries via email or support channels, using standard response templates.
Maintain an organized log of issues and resolutions.
Operations and Coordination Responsibilities
Support operational tasks such as training logistics, finance updates, and system migration activities.
Assist in preparing draft release notes for Product Owner review.
Coordinate cross‐team communications for project updates and deliverables.
Maintain operational documentation and ensure key deadlines are met.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in Scrum Master, project coordination, or product support roles.
Strong organizational and time‐management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with QA/dev teams to resolve issues.
Detail‐oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Experience in mobile app support or digital product environments.
Background in operations coordination or administrative support in a tech setting.
