Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Scrum Project Manager to lead Agile projects and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in project management and a solid understanding of Product Owner responsibilities.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product goals with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Ensure project goals, scope, and timelines are clearly communicated and met.
  • Track sprint progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance.
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Working knowledge of Product Owner responsibilities and Agile product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
