Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual who would provide the necessary administrative services to the team and to support its efficient operation.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the Singapore Digital Factory by anticipating and addressing administrative and operational needs of the team and by proposing the most effective action to address issues.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholdersAssist in scheduling and coordinating team events and activitiesHandle travel arrangementsMaintain and organize electronic document filing system to ensure ease of accessSupport and facilitate all communication within the team regarding administrative and operational matters.Provide administrative and logistics support to the teamManage office supplies and inventoryManage procurement requests, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on delivery mattersManage expense records and claimsProcess incoming purchase orders, track customer delivery milestones and handle invoicing mattersPerform ad hoc duties assigned by the managementRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives.Service-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster relationshipsStrong organizing skills with ability to work within constrains and simplify tasksIndependent, self-motivator, and adaptableDetail oriented and problem solverOther Information:
