Make an Impact
Point of contact for Presales and Operation.
Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of cybersecurity products and features.
Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and security teams to understand requirements and deliver secure, reliable solutions.
Help maintain and improve existing cybersecurity products, including monitoring performance and fixing bugs.
Contribute to threat modelling, security assessments, and vulnerability mitigation in product design.
Support integration of security technologies (e.g., SSE, endpoint protection, Firewall, DDoS and WAF) into products.
Write and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to improve product security and functionality.
Accountable, authorise and test the stability of the new release firmware.
Accountable for supporting and evaluating product feature evolution, including new feature development and enhancements.
Accountable for overseeing service performance post-launch and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills For Success
Degree or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Systems.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and common threats.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++.
Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in cybersecurity product engineering.
Knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, or endpoint protection.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Basic knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, or DevOps practices.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, or similar.
Candidate must also be innovative, customer-focused and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
