Summary:
Responsible for driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across wafer equipment.
Strong leadership to oversee equipment performance, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and alignment with overall manufacturing goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure operational growth and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
• Make strategic decisions related to operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Own and manage all equipment-related KPIs including Uptime, OEE, OPE, MTTR, and other critical performance indices.
• Drive productivity and cost improvements through metrics such as Units Per Hour (UPH), uptime, automation, and process simplification.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators daily to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Guide and mentor subordinates in resolving yield and quality issues related to equipment performance.
• Lead and coach in achieving yield, quality, and productivity goals.
• Support cross-functional objectives in manufacturing, NPI, engineering activities, and quality reviews.
• Lead initiatives on material and consumable cost reduction
• Drive continuous improvement in yield, quality, and productivity by planning and executing robust operational procedures.
• Conduct daily reviews and monitoring of equipment performance metrics, ensuring alignment with manufacturing needs.
• Analyze current operations and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure achievement of departmental and company-level goals.
• Collaborate closely with supporting teams, process engineers, and manufacturing units to achieve operational synergy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Wafer Fabrication Equipment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated project management, leadership, and communication capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to lead complex operational initiatives.
• Proven track record in driving equipment uptime, cost reductions, and performance improvements
