We are seeking a Senior Account Executive/Assistant Account Manager, Digital Manager to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
In this role, you’ll oversee campaign execution, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize strategies, deliver impactful results, and enhance overall client experience.
What You'll Do
Account management of existing and new accounts (100%)Initiate or upsell AnyMind’s tech solution to the client by introducing the Company’s product based on client needs; including digital marketing and influencer marketing solutionsConsistently deliver individual sales targets every monthDevelop a strong understanding of the client’s business and make a digital marketing plan by liaising with internal teams such as strategic planning & creativeWork with the prospect in a consultative fashion to develop a digital marketing strategyPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising informationResponsible to collect payment and liaise closely with the respective department to provide after-sales service.Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments. Experience in sales at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies for a minimum 2-3 yearsTarget and Result-oriented mind with a passion for workTeamwork and collaboration: Enthusiastic team player, collaborating with colleagues across different functions and marketsAn exceptional eye for detail: you will be able to manage multiple workflows with excellent attention to detailPossess problem solving skill and independent learningExperience in Influencer Marketing is a plus Why You'll Love It
