Overview
The incumbent will spearhead vertical growth—crafting winning sales strategies, owning key relationships from prospect to award, and co-creating tailored solutions with Pre-Sales/Engineering.
They’ll keep a high-discipline CRM, ensure seamless handover and post-sale care, and build/lead a high-performing sales team that consistently hits targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute vertical-specific sales strategies.
Own customer relationships from prospecting to project award.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Engineering to design tailored solutions.
Manage and track all opportunities in CRM with regular updates.
Ensure proper project handover and customer follow-up post-sale.
Grow and manage a sales Team.
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma in art and theater/ Audio Visual/ any relevant education
At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in audio visual industry only
Sales driven and result oriented
