Job Responsibilities
SOA generation and follow up of payments and ageing invoices
Process invoices, payments, and financial documents
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Support in reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks
Others ad-hoc admin duties
Liaison with company secretary, and chartered accountants for full set audit preparation and submission in annual basis
Management accountingaudited statements
Understand Singapore IRAS regulations and procedures
GST and tax filing
CPF computation
Financial reports of company performance and sales forecast
Administrative support for contracts, proposals and quote generation
Proficiency in ABSS software (MYOB)
Staff and HR related support with assistance for admin
