Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Administration Executive to join our team.
The role will be responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business processes and effective office management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate general administrative functions, including office operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors/service providers.
- Support HR and finance functions in administrative tasks such as payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
- Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and presentations for management.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other corporate activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior administrative staff where required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
