The Role
This position will provide administrative support to the Sustainability function on administrative matters.
Job Responsibilities
Manage procurement related activities and administrative approval process.Handle events management matters, including (but not limited to) sending of invites, administrative notes, coordinating logistics and gathering feedback.Support function head in scheduling of meetings and the team in booking of meeting rooms for department meeting.Provide administrative support within the department such as taking of meeting minutes, and any other projects as assigned.Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related course of studies.Minimum 5 year's experience in a business setting with a focus on administration.Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Resourceful and independent.
