Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Senior Manager to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CE office
• Manage active and dynamic calendar, coordinating internal and external appointments seamlessly
• Handle sensitive and confidential materials with utmost discretion, ensuring a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Assist in travel arrangements include booking of flights, accommodations, and transportation liaising with travel agencies; and obtain approvals (including reimbursement submission) in line with guidelines
• Manage meeting room booking, facilitate meeting set-up and coordinate logistics (e.g. getting refreshments, lunch, tea breaks)
• Support ad hoc projects ensuring effective follow-through and tracking the process to completion
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Possesses good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to roll up sleeves when needed
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and under time pressure
