Overview
Senior Project Manager, Professional Services
Responsible for planning and coordinating the resources to deploy major releases of new and existing applications as well as overall or subsets of systems, within the predicted cost, time, and quality estimates.
Projects and Programs will most likely be very cross functional in nature where multiple teams will need to effectively collaborate together.
Is seen as an IT Professional with a broad range of understanding of IT technologies and business processes.
Provides leadership and oversight on all aspects of a project, multiple projects or enterprise programs translating business requirements into systems solutions.
Manages the delivery of the functional design, technical design, build, test, and readiness components of project.
Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solution being delivered to business goals.
Possesses the cross functional expertise and required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project (Applications, Infrastructure, networks, and Security).
The role requires the person to be security cleared for projects that are secure in nature, and at times managing classified projects with the Ministries, eg, Ministry of Defense, and GovTech associated agencies, companies and projects.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Project Manager, you will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain customer fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring the project delivery is completed in the most efficient way.
You will:
Manage scope, budget, schedules and resources of small scale projects, including leading project meetings, tracking project progress, and updating project plans.
Partner with senior resources as needed.
Execute and plan the project with the customer and articulate the solution and its implementation.
Execute the project end to end with customers, including managing expenses, resource management and forecasting in the system and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
Assist with identifying and managing project risk, issues and actions.
Assist with project and resource plans, maintain quality and focus, monitor and control project expenditures against approved budget, and manage end-to-end solution delivery with oversight from more senior project managers.
Assist with day-to-day resource management of the project team and technical team assignments to ensure effective delivery of tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time, within budget, and within scope.

Essential Requirements
8 to 12 years of professional experience
Organizes project-related communications as determined during governance formation.
Responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are well informed of project progress and decisions.
Fully understands how to use and ensure data is accurately maintained in Dell IT Project Management Tools.
Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency and knowledge of hardware, software and operating systems environments.
Refined customer service, communication, problem solving, negotiating, planning and organizational skills.
