Job Description:

The role reports to the Manager to support TDGIS in client onboarding, business continuity management and outsourcing oversight.

The successful candidate will bring 5–7 years of professional experience in financial services or a related industry and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working alongside and guided by a senior team member, the successful candidate will also coordinate with partners on key initiatives and act as a project lead for projects/initiatives and will be encouraged to take initiative on process improvement and small enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

  • Perform client on-boarding of new TDGIS clients in Asia Pacific (e.g. Singapore and Hong Kong), including periodic reviews of client accounts, assessment of client risk profiles, gathering of updated documentation and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure client profiles are up to date.

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to support client on-boarding, client mandate changes and ad hoc requests as required.

  • Perform ad-hoc name screening for requests received from regulators or enforcement agencies.

  • Ensure knowledge of regional AML regulations and compliance policies applicable to the TDGIS business are current and applied on a regular basis.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Support the maintenance of business continuity and resilience plans for the APAC Asset Management functions.

  • Assist in documenting processes, coordinating drills, and monitoring completion of BCM requirements.

  • Escalate risks or gaps identified and contribute to ongoing improvements in resilience practices.

  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of the plans through participation in annual tests and tabletop exercises and documenting the process and results.

Vendor Management & Outsourcing

  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and oversight of outsourcing programs.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization on a range of outsourcing activities including advisory, assessment, documentation, controls and due diligence.

  • Drive awareness and compliance of outsourcing requirements across Asia Pacific.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 5-7 years of professional work experience in financial services or a related industry.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.

  • Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas for improvement.

  • Familiarity with KYC/AML, BCM and operational resilience, vendor management, or outsourcing governance is advantageous, but not essential (training will be provided).
