Overview
We’re seeking a talented and strategic Senior Art Director to lead the creative vision and execution of high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals.
Ensure proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment.
Develop creative ideas that meet client and business objectives, maintaining high standards of creative excellence and professionalism.
Present, share, and review creative work with the Executive Creative Director, Account Management, Planning Leads, and Management Team.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, working with in-house resources and third-party vendors.
Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work.
Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications
6-9 years of experience with a portfolio of brave ideas and outstanding craft.
Curious, eager to learn, and devoted to art.
Proficient in multiple media and channels, with awards or a hunger for excellence.
Strong understanding of social media and online media technology.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills across disciplines.
Proficient in computer design software.
Willing to work after hours and travel for shoots and sessions.
Organized and calm under deadlines.
Additional Information
Candidate should be comfortable working across traditional and digital platforms, including Film, OOH, Digital OOH, Display, Activations, and Social Media.
Capable of leading a small creative team, managing projects independently, and presenting compelling narratives to clients.
Must be comfortable with both traditional and digital work.
