We are looking for a Senior Assistant Director of Banquet to join our team!
Assist the Director of Banquets in overseeing all banquet operations
Manage day-to-day setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events
Supervise banquet staff, including captains, servers, and setup crews
Coordinate closely with kitchen, sales, and event planning teams
Ensure events are executed smoothly and meet guest expectations
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues during events
Monitor banquet inventory and coordinate with purchasing for supplies
Help manage budgets, control labor costs, and monitor revenue goals
Requirements
5+ years of banquet or F&B operations experience, including supervisory roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
