We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate grant-funded initiatives in the energy, chemicals, and sustainability sectors.
This role involves managing multi-stakeholder projects that span industry partners, government agencies, and academic institutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the energy and chemicals landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of grant-funded projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with grantor expectations and strategic sustainability goals.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while ensuring compliance with grant terms and institutional policies.
Facilitate effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders including grant agencies, industrial collaborators, research institutes, and internal teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project governance and reporting.
Support grant proposal development, budgeting, and submission processes.
Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Qualification & Field of Study
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering-related disciplines.

Years of Experience
5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in research, academic, or grant funded environment.
Other Requirements (e.g. Skills, Competencies)
Proven experience managing multi-institutional, grant-funded projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex partnerships and competing priorities.
Excellent organizational and process management capabilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
