This role shall support the planning of how dental clinic (non-clinical) operations should be conducted in the future, which includes initiating, steering and management of transformational projects to support the future concept of operations.
The incumbent will be part of a team to build system and workforce capability, conduct future scenario generation and solutioning, and manage projects related to mid to long term transformation in operations domain.
Responsibilities:
Capability Development
- Lead the training build-up for operations staff to prepare them for new system and concept of operation
- Conduct horizon scanning for new and emerging operation concepts, technology and solutions, and explore possibility for their adoption
- Develop and deliver documentation, eg.
SOPs and toolkits, to support implementation and mainstreaming - Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across the department
Transformation Projects
- Manage/monitor the implementation of transformation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows and improve service delivery
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure successful execution
System Enablement
- Support the design, acceptance, and implementation of operational components/modules for in-house, cluster and national projects
- Work closely with IT and clinical stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational needs
- Facilitate user testing, training, and post-implementation support to drive adoption and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferably some experience in healthcare operations, transformation, or project management.
