Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support clinical quality, safety, and governance initiatives.
- Assist in process improvements and risk management activities.
- Lead or support investigations and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Manage daily operations of clinics or departments, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Support business planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Lead and develop teams to deliver quality patient services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement communication campaigns and staff engagement activities.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and documentation.
- Manage procurement, vendor relations, and logistical support as needed.
- Drive change management and support initiatives to enhance patient experience.
Note: Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, communications, or administrative operations.
- Strong skills in data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Organized, innovative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
