About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our Scholarships and Sponsorships team .
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our scholarship and sponsorship programmes, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing comprehensive scholarship and sponsorship programmes
- Evaluating and selecting suitable candidates for our scholarship and sponsorship opportunities
- Managing relationships with academic institutions, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Analysing programme data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote and market our scholarship and sponsorship initiatives
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our programmes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and budgetary requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the human resources or recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of scholarship and sponsorship programme management, including selection processes, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful scholarship and sponsorship initiatives
- Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and project management
