Job description

The Job:

  • Pronto System & Order Processing

Manage quotations and customer orders in Pronto ERP, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.

  • Customer & Sales Support

Identify parts from customer inputs, respond to inquiries, assist with quotations, and provide accurate stock and pricing information.

  • Inventory & Delivery Coordination

Check stock availability across local and overseas warehouses, coordinate ETAs with logistics, and prepare export documentation.

  • Reporting & KPI Tracking

Maintain personal trackers for quotations, pricing trends, and lost sales, and report Desk Sales KPIs.

  • Purchase Order Processing

Manage purchase requests, PO processing, invoice matching, and payment coordination while maintaining accurate records.

The Person:

  • Diploma in related field
  • 1-3 years experience in related field
  • Parts, computer knowledge and administration process
  • Communicates well in English and Mandarin
