Job description:
As part of the Changi East Safety Division, you will join the team responsible to ensure that site management and maintenance activities are carried out accordingly by the respective vendors/contractors at the Changi East site which includes Changi Airport's future Terminal 5.
The team ensures that the various site management contractors are able to fulfil security, safety, and maintenance objectives in accordance with their contractual obligations and at the same time comply with regulatory requirements for aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations.
Job Description:
- Assist in site operations & coordination between CAG and respective site management contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
- Address & resolve on-ground issues in a timely manner by working & collaborating with contractors and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage project(s) to enhance site management and operational challenges e.g. inefficiencies etc in operational and site management processes.
- Drive collaboration to enhance site management and operations procedures, facilitate consensus building amongst stakeholders whenever there are differing requirements and track the contractual performance of respective site management contractors.
- Conduct site inspections to identify aeas for improvement in safety, security, maintenance, or operations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned to fulfil the site management function.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline (preferably in Facilities/Building Management, Civil Engineering, Avation Ground Operations, Construction Projects etc) with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in larger scale projects preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with proven ability to facilitation collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven and meticulous with the ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
