The University Advancement Office (UAO) supports NTU's giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists, alumni, business community partners, corporations that result in goodwill and philanthropy towards education and research that underpin a shared sustainable future.
This role is responsible for planning and implementation of donor events, programs and reports for supporting and maintaining the stewardship, engagement and relationship building efforts with our donors and prospective donors, provide bespoke, engaging donor communications, and unique experiences through a wide portfolio of large, and more intimate events, with the aim of delivering bespoke donor journeys to all our donors.
The candidate is required to have extensive experience in organising high-profile events, as well as proven success in managing high-value relationships, ideally in a fundraising context.
In addition, excellent communication skills, experience of development strategies, and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines through effective prioritization is essential.
Key responsibilities include
Events Planning, Supervision and Execution, in alignment with UAO's and University's goals
Create, plan, and execute all aspects of stewardship events for donors and prospective donors
Impact Reporting
Responsible for comprehensive and integrated stewardship donor reporting
Communications and database management
Write, design and coordinate the production of stewardship materials and communications
