RUNH Singapore, the regional branch of RUNH Group, is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Modeller to drive digital modelling and coordination for large-scale EPC power plant and infrastructure projects.
With over 30 years of industry expertise, RUNH Group is a global EPC leader, and our Singapore office plays a central role in project management and engineering support across the region.
As Senior BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D BIM models for civil, structural, and MEPF works.
You will ensure accurate digital representations, support design coordination and clash detection, and provide construction sequencing that enhances efficiency and reduces risk.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, and other BIM platforms, along with the ability to manage international project requirements under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models for C&S and MEPF elements in power plant and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for clash detection, design coordination, and workflow integration.
Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
Support the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and project workflows.
Conduct audits, validation, and quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy.
Mentor junior BIM modellers and coordinate workload distribution.
Provide technical support to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of BIM modelling experience, with at least 3 years in power, oil & gas, or major infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, BIM360, SketchUp, or equivalent.
Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, Singapore BIM Guide, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Based in Singapore, with occasional travel to China HQ and project sites.
Candidates able to commence on short notice are strongly preferred.
