As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will develop and execute campaigns that not only sell but also spark curiosity and conversation.
The ideal candidate will be able to support campaign planning and execution across digital, experiential, and on-ground channels.
This includes managing timelines, assets, partners, and deliverables throughout the campaign lifecycle.
You will contribute to brainstorming sessions, copywriting, and internal pitch decks.
Additionally, you will manage social media presence and content calendar, track content performance, and generate insights to refine strategy.
Other responsibilities include coordinating with design and content teams on visuals and roll-outs, assisting with event executions, media previews, and brand partnerships, as well as supporting pre-, during-, and post-event communications.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
A strong interest in arts, culture, lifestyle, or entertainment industries is also preferred.
We require excellent copywriting instincts and an eye for good design.
Organised and detail-oriented individuals with the ability to manage multiple tasks will thrive in this role.
Familiarity with social media tools, email platforms, and content scheduling software is also essential.
