As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer.
You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community.
