Senior Business Analyst – TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking
TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking Platform, focused on assigned area of expertise.

Transversal topics involving other domains, with an impact on assigned area of expertise.


Role of the Senior Business Analyst:
Provide functional expertise and relevant experience on TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT core banking product implementation and configuration
Analyze gaps in functionality and processes between European and Asian sites and propose solutions to converge and align them into a common design.


Analyze and structure new requirements with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions and integrate them in the overall program
Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
Drive the definition of use cases for Integration tests with testing team and for User Acceptance Test with end users
Manage all the decision-making and analysis process allowing designing, validating the solution, and getting the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget and capacity planning.


Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the WMIS Project governance is applied at each step
Bring benefit to both the IT tools functionality and potential changes to operational processes affected.


Ensure that every new solution implemented respects WMIS standards and allows for mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites.


Ensure all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites.

Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements
Responsibilities:
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third-parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, Business process designs
Define requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.


Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the technology teams through which requirements flow.


Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates & methodology
Collaborate with the team’s experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.


Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.


Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 10 years of experience in banking industry as a Business Analyst and/or as a “hands-on” Project Manager
Expert knowledge and experience on TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking platform for Wealth Management, understand the various flows and functions, familiar with system parameterization and configuration.


Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications.


Expert knowledge of at least one of these functional domains of core banking: General Accounting and reporting, Credit (AA.Loans, Limits, Collateral), Taxation (FATCA, CRS, IRS871m), Securities processing and custody
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subject matter experts and technical teams.


Strong proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio
Fluent in SQL queries, API testing, data analysis and data modeling.


Experience in Agile Scrum is a plus
Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
Work with cross functional team in providing Quality oversight in computerized system life cycle procedure and ensure compliance to GXP standards and company policies and procedures.


Provide guidance and support to establish systems for ensuring Data integrity, compliance to CSV Plan and 21CFR Part 11.


Act as one of the key focal points for CSV topics such as deviations, change management, investigations, CAPA identification and closure and as a Subject Matter Expert
Generate, review and execute protocols / test case for initial validation programs related to GXP Computer systems
Review and approve qualification documentations like URS, SLIA, SRA, DIRA/ DSA, DQ, SIOQ, HIOQ, FAT, Traceability Matrix etc.


Ensure adherence to CSV master plans and execution plans for GXP computer systems like DCS, PLC, BMS, MES, eBR, Lab Information systems, Environmental monitoring systems and other Business IT systems like Maximo, Network and ERP systems that are part of the GMP envelope.


Any other tasks assigned
Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Lead a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities...


Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
Manage the routine receiving of goods, including verification of shipments, checking delivery documents, and processing receiving documents for submission to the Quality team for approval if required
Update the JDE (JD Edwards) system with accurate receiving information to maintain up-to-date inventory records
Operate a forklift or reach truck to put away goods in the designated warehouse locations after clearance
Ensure safe handling and storage of goods in compliance with warehouse safety protocols and pharmaceutical standards.


Coordinate the transfer of materials between warehouses and deliver them to designated users or departments as per internal requests
Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
Manage the routine receiving of goods, including verification of shipments, checking delivery documents, and processing receiving documents for submission to the Quality team for approval if required
Update the JDE system with accurate receiving information to maintain up-to-date inventory records

Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Digitalization Strategies:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and goals.


Project Management:

Support and assist the Domain Head and/or Programme Manager on budget matters
Digital Literacy:
Promote digital literacy across the organization, providing training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize digital tools and systems.


Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives, ensuring that the organization's data and systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.


Metrics and Monitoring:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalization initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
