Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, outbound outreach and networking activities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with employers, decision-makers and industry contacts
Work with the Tech team to provide client feedback that enhances platform features and user experience
Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
Requirement
3–5 years of business development, sales, or client management experience (recruitment or HR tech industry preferred)
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation and consultative selling
