Senior Business Development Manager is a key driver of growth for our cleaning services, responsible to identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and service agreements
- Support end-to-end bid process, including RFP/RFQ/ITQ responses, tender submissions, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. Facility Manager, Procurement Officers)
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years in B2B sales, preferably in outsourced services (cleaning, facility management or environmental services)
- Degree in Business Admin/Finance/Facilities or related discipline
- Track record in business development & sales growth, and strategic accounts management
