What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage strategic insurance partners through market analysis and insight.
• Design tailored marine insurance solutions and coverage packages.
• Actively develop new business locally, regionally, and globally - leveraging your network and market knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across key lines including Charterers Liability, Cargo, Hull & Machinery, and P&I.
• Work closely with the Singapore team and global business development hub in Europe to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Expand our network of insurers and placement channels to strengthen our market presence.
• Provide proactive, expert advisory support to clients across the marine and shipping industries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Eligibility to work in Singapore is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marine insurance broking, underwriting, insurance agency, or related fields such as shipping, commodity trading, or energy.
• Solid product knowledge in marine insurance and a strong professional network within the sector.
• Proven business development capabilities with a track record of independently sourcing and converting new opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented attitude and the ability to collaborate across international teams.
