Responsibilities:
- Handle meat products (including pork) in cold room environment (~13°C)
- Operate cutting, slicing, and mincing machines safely and efficiently
- Use knives and cutting tools properly according to safety standards
- Assist in meat preparation, portioning, and packing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cold room and work area
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in cold room environment
- Able to handle meat products including pork
- No prior F&B experience required (cutting training provided)
- Comfortable working in cold environment (proper attire provided)
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and good teamwork attitude
