Role Purpose:
The Senior Capacity and Style Allocation Manager leads a team responsible for strategic capacity planning and style allocation across Crocs' global factory network.
This role ensures optimal factory utilization, timely product delivery, and alignment with global operational forecasts.
The manager acts as a key interface between vendors and internal stakeholders, driving performance, agility, and continuous improvement in production planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Midterm factory capacity planning and optimize style allocation for best sourcing.
- Analysis supply forecast to confirm factory capacity base on capability, optimize the style allocation in consider factory capability, capacity (sourcing strategic) and cost (duty).
- Prepare and participated into forecast meeting.
- Factory Load Optimization:
Ensure factory capacity is consistently filled between 85%–115%, with level loading across the year based on a six-month forecast horizon.
- Mold Investment Planning:
Participated the mold budget plan set, and monitoring spending.
Lead and coach the team in developing mold investment strategies in partnership with development, commercialization, tooling, and factory teams to support seasonal line plans.
- Speed to market, Test and learn and late added New product introduction :
Identify and address scheduling gaps for NPI launches and factory transitions to meet Crocs' delivery requirements.
- Vendor Performance Dashboard Reporting:
Publish vendor audit scorecards (KPIs) to support decision-making and governance across processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Material Prebuy Execution:
Manage monthly prebuy processes to ensure material availability for future production, especially during peak periods like Lunar New Year.
- Prebuild Strategy:
Oversee prebuild applications to utilize vendor capacity during low seasons effectively.
- Manufacturing Lead Time Management:
Drive actions to meet Crocs' buy placement timelines and lead time targets.
- Production Ramp-Up & Line Planning:
Collaborate with the Sr. Production Manager to support NPI milestones and ramp-up projections.
- Tooling & Commercialization plan
Lead tooling move plans to enhance transfer readiness plan and execute.
- Vendor Engagement:
Conduct factory visits, host calls, and lead meetings to assess vendor capacity and capabilities.

- Internal: Global Merchant Planning Inventory control (planning), Long term & short term planning team, finance, tooling team, US / Asia development team, execution and quality team.
- External: Tier 1 & Tier 2 Suppliers, Mold Shops
- Geographical Scope: Global (based in sinpapore)
Job Requirements:
- Education: College degree or above
- Experience: 10+ years in supply or capacity planning; footwear industry experience preferred
- Technical Skills: SAP, Excel, PowerBI, Access database
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong accountability, trust, confidence, and teamwork
- Travel: Global travel required
