Cloud Service Family - Asia Pacific Cloud Service Product Center
Standard Responsibilities:
Participate in upkeeping the Cloud product competitiveness in both single and multiple scenarios services to achieve leadership in product competitive advantage.
Custom Roles:
Produce regional or key countries insight reports on Cloud products via combined analysis on market and industry trends, field competition scores, business needs, etc.
Gain deep familiarity with the capabilities and competitive advantages of Cloud products, enhance the overall competitiveness by strategizing the regional product planning activities, such as eventualizing the Cloud product to regional markets and being responsible for product upgrade or improvement.
Innovate and incubate products as well as technology solutions in a closed-loop business model mindset, through understanding the current Cloud industry/market/key clients and respective successful cases accomplished.
Achieve effective alignment between product planning and customer business strategies by leveraging product portfolio planning and competitive positioning.
Actively participate in strategic planning activities and deliver constructive product analysis and planning.
Position Requirements
Educational Background Requirements:
Undergraduate/Bachelor Degree
Skill Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in product planning, design, and management in the public cloud domain, with a deep understanding of enterprise information systems.
Familiar with the business and products of leading companies in the field, and capable of providing insights and analysis on industry trends.
Strong product capabilities, with the ability to abstract and summarize the core value of products from diverse business scenarios, and to plan and deliver integrated short and long-term product solutions.
Expertise in at least one cloud product domain, such as computing, storage, networking, security, databases, big data, or artificial intelligence.
Strong solution planning capabilities: Able to identify customer needs through market insights, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and trend evaluation.
Design competitive cloud solutions tailored to customer business scenarios, leveraging Huawei’s cloud services and third-party capabilities.
Strong analytical and insight skills: Capable of identifying opportunities and challenges brought by industrial transformations, technological changes, and competitors’ strategic adjustments, and formulating corresponding strategies.
Knowledge Requirements:
Product Knowledge: Insightful understanding of the development trends in the cloud industry, familiarity with mainstream cloud service types, and in-depth knowledge of the features, user experience, and business models of several cloud service products.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the business systems in at least one industry, along with the ability to analyze and conceptualize how cloud products apply.
