Role Overview
As a Senior Communications Associate, you’ll play a key role in shaping how The Learning Lab connects with parents, students and the wider community.
You’ll craft compelling stories, manage multi-channel communications and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint — from emails and social media to events and parent interactions.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Copywriting & Content Creation
Develop engaging, on-brand copy for various channels including email, SMS, website, social media, print and in-centre collaterals, announcements and press materials.
Craft messaging that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with parents and students, while ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s positioning and tone of voice.
Support long-form storytelling initiatives such as brand videos, blogs, curriculum features and parent testimonials.
Maintain editorial and content quality standards across all platforms.

Social Media & KOL Management
Partner with the social media agency to plan and oversee social content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities.
Assist in managing influencer (KOL) collaborations — from briefing and content review to performance tracking and relationship building.
Identify authentic storytelling opportunities through students, parents, teachers and curriculum.

Parent Liaison & Testimonial Management
Work closely with internal teams to source, document and curate parent and student testimonials.
Support parent-facing communications to ensure clarity, warmth and professionalism in tone.
Help maintain strong brand trust and engagement through timely, well-crafted messages.
4.
Events & Campaign Support
Assist in the planning and execution of key marketing events, brand activations and campaign launches.
Support pre-, during-, and post-event communications and coordination.
Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and brand engagement through live experiences.
Work with Digital Marketing team to drive leads collection.
5.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned including but not limited to events support and assisting on photo/video shoots.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or events.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone, structure and brand voice.
Highly detail-oriented and meticulous — able to uphold brand consistency, accuracy and quality in every piece of communication.
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-motivated, resourceful and with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A proactive, adaptable team player with a passion for education and storytelling.
Agency-related experience is a bonus.
Experience with HubSpot is a strong plus.
