Overview
The successful incumbent will be responsible for strengthening the compliance ecosystem and driving global consistency.
This includes compliance program management by reviewing compliance reports, in consideration of risks factors, and providing accurate compliance ratings.
In addition, the incumbent will work with wider compliance team to define, improve & document day-to-day processing & reporting which includes, creating & maintaining SOPs. The incumbent will be tasked to propose improvements including monitoring reports, improvements to rating matrix and other measures to ensure process compliance & consistency.
Responsibilities
Manage the compliance program by reviewing compliance reports, considering risk factors, and providing accurate compliance ratings.
Work with the wider compliance team to define, improve and document day-to-day processing and reporting, including creating and maintaining SOPs.
Propose improvements including monitoring reports, improvements to the rating matrix and other measures to ensure process compliance and consistency.
Requirements
Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in audit or compliance
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Team player who can collaborate with diverse stakeholders across geographies
Contract details: 7 months contract with bonus.
5 days work week (hybrid).
