Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the development and management of our construction projects in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural works, regulatory compliance, and property management.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and make presentations on development concepts;
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project consultants, contractors, and stakeholders;
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and expenses;
- Assist in selecting contractors and suppliers;
- Monitor project progress, quality assurance, and safety compliance;
- Liaise with authorities to resolve project issues;
- Manage defects, coordinate rectification works, and conduct pre-inspections;
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints;
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements;
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Real Estate Management, Structural or M&E Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore and overseas;
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD (an advantage);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
