Responsibilities
Delivering various project assignments (e.g., overseas expansion support, business strategy development & execution, sustainability strategy, new business creation, HR & organizational development, M&A, etc.)
Business development for generating new project opportunities
Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Experience in a consulting firm at the Manager to Senior Manager level
Ability to embrace change, take initiative, and work autonomously toward ambitious goals
Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
Strong intellectual curiosity, a passion for tackling high-difficulty and unknown challenges, and a keen sense of market trends to create new value
Leadership and resilience to lead project teams even in cases where there are no established success approaches in the industry
Strong communication skills to engage deeply with clients (mainly executives of major Japanese companies) and co-creation business partners, as well as the ability to build long-term trusted relationships
