You'll partner closely with them to deeply understand their unique business objectives, architect cutting-edge solutions leveraging the power of graph technology and complementary technologies, and provide expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and Deliver: Take ownership of the full lifecycle of consulting projects, from initial conceptualization and planning through successful implementation, deployment, and client sign-off.

Ensure exceptional delivery quality and consistently exceed client expectations.


Strategic Client Partnership: Engage with clients to understand their strategic business goals, technical requirements, and critical challenges.

Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into innovative and effective technical solutions.


Technical Vision and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and insightful analyses of existing systems and architectures.

Identify key areas for optimization, modernization, and strategic advantage through the application of graph database technology and related solutions.


Solution Architecture & Innovation: Design and architect robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that address complex client challenges, leveraging Neo4j alongside a diverse range of technologies and platforms (e.g., cloud services, integration tools, data analytics platforms).


Hands-on Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise and hands-on support for the implementation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Neo4j solutions and related technologies within client environments.


Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior consulting engineers, fostering their technical growth and contributing to the overall knowledge and expertise of the consulting team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure a unified and exceptional client journey from initial engagement to ongoing support.


Industry Insight & Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving graph database landscape.

Proactively share valuable insights and recommendations with clients to help them leverage new opportunities.


Education and Enablement: Develop and deliver engaging technical training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs to empower clients to effectively utilize and manage their Neo4j solutions.


Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including detailed project plans, comprehensive architecture diagrams, and clear implementation and operational guides.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

A Master's degree is highly desirable.


Demonstrable and progressive experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful delivery of complex projects.


Deep and broad understanding of a variety of enterprise technologies, including networking principles, security best practices, cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure management.


Extensive database experience, with a proven track record of delivering highly complex data projects.

Graph database experience is highly desirable.


Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and compelling presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.


Significant hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of enterprise software solutions within diverse client environments.


Outstanding problem-solving skills with a strong analytical and strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative and effective technical solutions to intricate business challenges.


Proven ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.


Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Eligibility for Singapore Government Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain the necessary Singapore government security clearance.

This typically requires being a Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or holding a valid Employment Pass with the ability to undergo and pass the clearance process.


Willingness to travel to client sites within Singapore and potentially the wider APAC region as required.


Familiarity with data modeling principles and database design.


Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
