Venue & Event Operations
- Ensure all public areas, halls, and event spaces are clean, safe, and event-ready
- Coordinate site visits and signage requirements aligned with event branding
- Conduct operational checks and lead joint inspections with organisers
- Manage logistical and technical setups based on organiser requirements
- Liaise with cleaning, security, and logistics vendors to uphold service standards
Safety & Compliance
- Conduct regular fire and safety inspections; coordinate hazard resolution
- Support crowd control and traffic flow for high-footfall events
- Serve as a trained First Aider and CERT member (training provided)
Administrative & Operational Support
- Raise and track work orders accurately for efficient event servicing
- Support procurement: sourcing, purchase orders, vendor coordination
- Oversee digital signage scheduling and accuracy
- Support cross-functional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in venue or event operations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of event logistics and operations is essential
- Responsible, resourceful, meticulous, and a team player
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
