Job Summary:
The Senior/Customer Service Manager is responsible for developing and executing customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive service sales growth.
This role involves leading a team, managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver effective solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual customer service strategies and objectives aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the customer service team to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue customer service sales opportunities, including system upgrades and rebuild projects, to drive business growth.
- Assess customer needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Manage the full sales cycle from pre-sales engagement to post-sales follow-up, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Act as the main liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communications.
- Ensure all sales and service activities adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, support management, or service sales.
- Experience in the field of warehouse automation, supply chain solutions or logistic software.
- Proven success in achieving service-related sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Confident in delivering presentations and engaging with clients at various levels.
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas for customer meetings and project support when required.
- Dynamic, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
