This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers’ experiences through good customer service at assigned property.
Job Responsibilities
Providing mall concierge services.Attending to shoppers’ queries in a professional manner.Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.Attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipuated timeframe.
Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.Conduct service, grooming and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service CountersJob Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N' Level.At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 2 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
